Into Week 2!
Well done to everyone last night! Despite the fact the intensity has increased from week 1, everyone still pushed themselves to the limit! You should be starting to feel a little more comfortable with the different exercises now as we move towards the half-way point of the course. Continue to be very tight on your nutrition this week team, as remember, Saturday is cheat MEAL day! I imagine everybody already knows what they will be having?!
